Load a ticket by number

For exchanges of totally unused tickets before departure, it is also possible to use a brand new PNR where the original ticket has not been issued. Then the ticket number must be entered manually via the LOAD TICKET BY NUMBER field.

1. Click on LOAD TICKET BY NUMBER:

2. Enter the ticket number:

3. Once the ticket is found, click on ADD:

4. The ticket is added to the new PNR and you can continue with the exchange:

Click on EXCHANGE to start the exchange process. TCP Exchange will offer 4 exchange options.
